We’ve developed a nuclear sector plan jointly with the nuclear industry.

The plan details environmental objectives and indicators of performance that will help ensure environmental impacts are minimised and managed responsibly.                

The plan includes:

• voluntary activities which will be carried out by the industry, over and above their statutory responsibilities; and 
• areas where we’ve agreed to improve our work as an environmental regulator.
